Ingredients

• 1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
• 1 c finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 c beef stick summer sausage
• 1/3 c mayonnaise
• 1/4 c chopped black olives
• 1 loaf cocktail bread (rye or pumpernickel)

Combine all ingredients except bread. Spread on the breads and broil until bubbly and the cheese melts.
