Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak cut into cubes and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 32 oz. beef broth
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 c. cooked pearl barley

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except barley in slow cooker. Cook for 8 hours on low and add cooked barley for last 20 min.
