Ingredients
- 1-2/3 cups water
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 9 inch baked pie crust
- 3 sliced medium bananas

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water until smooth and mix in condensed milk and egg yolks until well combined. Stir in 2 tablespoon butter, vanilla and cool slightly while stirring occasionally.
Pour half og the filling on the crust and layer bananas slices over it.
Pour the second half of the filling and top with meringue.
Brown in a preheated oven to 400.
