- 1 bag baby spinach
- bacon bits
- shredded carrots
- water chestnuts (if desired)
- 1/2 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. ketchup
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 T. vegetable oil
