Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 large apples
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
-Melt butter
-Add apples
-Cook until tender
-Dissolve cornstarch in water
-Add to the apples
-Stir in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
-Boil for 2 minutes
