Ingredients
- Streusel:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup soften butter
- Batter:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 oz. Craisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients for batter & mix until well blended.
Stir in Craisins (dried cranberries).
Sprinkle streusel on top of batter.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
