  • 32 oz. Ore Ida Hash Brown potatoes with green pepper and onion (unfrozen)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 & 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 & 1/2 cups grated cheese

Step 1

Spray 13โ€ X 9โ€ pan. Mix the above ingredients together and spread into pan.
Mix 2 cups corn flakes with 1/3 cup melted butter. Put on top of first potato mixture in pan and bake 25-35 minutes at 350*
