Ingredients
- 3 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon cardamon
- 1 70x bag miracle noodles (can buy it at Chinese counter, fresh noodles)
- 1/3 cup mushrooms
- 1 thinly sliced chili peppers with seals removed
- 1 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 bean sprouts
- 1 broccoli, thin sliced (can buy in the salad area "broccoli slaw")
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 chicken breast, slice crosswise
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1/2 lime cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
In 3 quart pot, bring stock to boil medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, cardamon and simmer 10 minutes. Rinse noodles under warm water for couple of minutes. Pat dry and divide into bowls. Add chicken to stock and cook 5 minutes. Add mushroom for 1 minute.
Add all vegetables in bowls, chili sauce. Pour soup and chicken over noodles and vegetables, Garnish with cilantro and slice of lime.
