Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) boneless beef sirloin grilling steak, cut into strips
  • 1 1/4 cups (300ml) Campbell's ready to use 30%less sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp say sauce
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen cut-up vegetables
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat large non-stick skillet, lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray over medium high heat. Cook beef 10 mins or until browned. Set beef aside.
Stir in mixture of broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder. heat to a boil, stirring often. Return beef to skillet. Reduce heat, simmer 5 mins. stir in vegetables.
Simmer covered, until beef and vegetables are cooked through about 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice
