  • 4 Eggs
  • The Topping:
  • 1/3 Cup Strawberry Glaze

Preparation time 120mins

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325F. To prepare crust, grind graham crackers in a food processor until they become a fine powder. Add sugar and melted butter and grind until well mixed. Pour crust mixture into cake pan (I used a spring form pan)and smooth out flat. Place cake pan into preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove cake pan and set aside to cool.

Preheat oven to 300F. To prepare cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well blended after each.

Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Place cake pan in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan, and then cool in fridge for 4 hours. Remove cheesecake from fridge and spread strawberry glaze overtop. Decorate with fresh strawberries and raspberries. Enjoy!!
