Ingredients
- 1 c bread crumbs ( Panko) divided.1/3 and 2/3 cups
- 1/4 C mayo
- 2 Lg beaten eggs
- 1 TBLSP dijon mustard
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 LB crab meat.
- cooking oil for frying.

Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients 1/3 c of bread crumbs but (crab) together . Gently stir in crab. Form cakes and press into 2/3 of panko crumbs. refrigerate for at least 1 hr.Fry cakes in oil 375 turning once 1 1/2 min until golden brown.
