Ingredients
- 2 TBS ground flax seeds
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 orange
- 2 TBS crushed almonds
- 2 fresh or dried figs

Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from the orange and mix it with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until you get a creamy and smooth texture.
Soak dried figs in water for 30 mins before blending.
