Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until light. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Pour into 9" buttered and floured pie plate.

Bake at 350 deg. for about 40 minutes or until golden.
