Ingredients
- 16 triscut crackers
- Swiss cheese sliced to fit crackers
- 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
place triscuts on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Mix mayo and onion and put 1 teaspoon of onion mixture on each cracker. sprinkle with paprika and broil until cheese melts and whole thing is golden brown. let cool a bit and serve.
