Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, cut in 1" lengths
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1-1/3 to 1-2/3 cups sugar
- zest of one orange
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 - 2 tbsp. Grand Marnier or orange juice
- crust for a one or two crust pie

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss rhubarb with flour in large bowl. Add sugar and orange zest. Add egg and Grand Marnier. Spoon into pie crust; top with second crust if using.
2. Cover edges of pie crust with foil to prevent buring.
3. Bake at 425F for about 50 minutes.
