Ingredients

  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs fennel seeds; ground
  • 1 tbs dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and rub over 3 lb boneless pork roast. Refrigerate up to 8 hrs. Cook in roasting bag at 400 for approx 2.5 hrs or convection roast w/o bag.
