Cherry Dessert

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 stick margarine, melted
• 2 Tblsp. sugar
• 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
• Filling:
• 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 box powdered sugar, sifted
• 1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared as directed
• 1 can cherry (or any flavor) pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine and add to crust ingredients. Pat into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Cool before adding next layer.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and beat well. Add prepared Dream Whip. Pour onto crust.

Gently spread pie filling as the next layer and refrigerate until ready to serve.
