JAMAICA JERK CHICKEN WINGS

You can adjust the heat by using less or more jalapenos. Have used this marinade for whole chickens and chicken breasts.

Ingredients
- 2 tbs allspice
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbs ground ginger
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs brown sugar or sugar substitute 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbs ground cinnamom
- 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 3-5 lbs cut up chicken or
- 16 wings

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (I use a food processor). Put marinade under skin of each piece. Place in bag with remaining marinade. Roast in oven or grill. If roasting, broil chicken 4-5 minutes when almost done until lightly crispy.
