Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz cream cheese- Neutchatel (1/3 less)
- 3/4 cup Skor toffee chips

Step 1
Combine and cream until smooth with electric mixer.
Stir in Skor toffee chips and blend well with spoon.
Enjoy it with a little crunch by eating right after making- or let it sit and stir the next day for an even richer taste!
