  • 1/4 c maple flavored syrup
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets (1 lb)
  • 1 T EVOO

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate 30 min.

Heat grill to med high heat. Brush fish with oil. Grill 4 min on each side until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with syrup mixture.

To cook in skillet: Brush fish with oil. Heat skillet on med high heat. Add fish; cook 10 min until fish flakes easily with fork turning & brushing occasionally with mustard mixture.

Mustard substitute: Grey Poupon Hearty Spicy Brown mustard.
