Ingredients
- 1 lb. ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 t. oregano
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- small box lasagna noodles ( 9 noodles)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. Grease 9" x 13" x 2" baking dish. Layer 1/2 cup sauce, 3 unbaked noodles, 1/2 cheese mixure, then repeat. Top with last layer of 3 uncooked noodles and a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Pour water around edge. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 - 10.
