- 10 slices rare roast beef
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon red wine or brandy
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons gravy
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons red wine or brandy
- dash salt
- dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In heavy skillet, heat thinly slice beef slowly in butter. Place on heated platter.
Add wine to skillet; add remaining ingredients and heat until bubbling. Pour over beef.
