  • 3 tablespoons gravy
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons red wine or brandy
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper

Step 1

In heavy skillet, heat thinly slice beef slowly in butter. Place on heated platter.

Add wine to skillet; add remaining ingredients and heat until bubbling. Pour over beef.
