Ingredients
- Bruschette:
- 1/2 C. margarine
- 1/4 C. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- As many tomatoes as you want to make, chopped & put in strainer, press down to get most of liquid out.
- Olive oil to taste.
- Red wine vinegar to taste
- Parmesan cheese, as much as you would like.

Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Best if made a day ahead. store in fridge.
Mix all bruschette ingred.
