Ingredients
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a ring pan; line base with paper and grease.
Sift flours, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg into bowl; stir in sugar and carrot. Combine oil, eggs and sour cream; stir into flour mixture.
Pour mixture into prepared pan, bake in moderately slow oven for about 50 minutes. Turn onto wire rack to cool.
