Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup nuts
- TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla for 1 minute. Add carrots. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nuts. Add to egg mixture and blend well with a wooden spoon.
Bake in bundt pan at 375 for 45 minutes. Spread on topping and bake another 15 minutes.
