- 2/3 CUP PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
- 1/3 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
- 1 TBL WATER
- PINCH OF SALT
- 2 TBL HEAVY CREAM
- 4 OZ BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE CHOPPED
