GRIND CRACKERS CHEESE PARSLEY CHIVES THYME OLD BAY GARLIC TRANSFER TO SHALLOW BOWL PLACE FLOUR IN ANOTHER BEAT EGGTS & CREAM AND ADD TO THIRD BOWL FILL A LARGE SKILLET WITH OLIVE OIL TO A DEPTH OF 1/4 INCH AND HEAT OVER MED HEAT PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 SEASON FISH WITH SALT & PEPPER COAT FISH WITH FLOUR SHAKING OFF EXCESS COAT WITH EGG MIXTURE & THEN CRACKER CRUMBS FRY FISH UNTIL DEEP GOLDEN BROWN TRANSFER TO OVEN TO KEEP WARM SERVE WITH LEMON & MELTED BUTTER
