Ingredients

  • 12 oz angel hair pasta
  • 4 green onions
  • 3 tbls butter, melted
  • 2 lbs shrimp (90-100/lb)
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 2 tbls butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta, drain and keep warm.

cook green onions in 3 tbls butter over medium heat until tender. Add shrimp and cook until turn pink. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon.

Add cream cheese and milk to skillet cooking over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in swiss cheese and wine. Add shrimp and red pepper and cook until heated.

Add pasta to casserole dish and cover with shrimp mixture. Combine breadcrumbs and remaining butter and sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
