Ingredients
- 3 cups mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped (or use frozen chunks)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar ( or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 3 tablespoons water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all and simmer gently until heated through. Purée in blender - add more water as needed for consistency.
