Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients
- Mixture:
- Whole artichokes
- 2/3 Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 grated Parmesan cheese
- granulated garlic (to cover top)
- Olive oil to drizzle over top

Preparation
Step 1
Cut off top and bottom of artichoke. Trim leaves.
Wash while pulling apart.
Pull out center.
Pound out, pull apart
Stuff with mixture.
Drizzle with olive oil
Place in water (half way up first row)
Cover and bring to boil.
Simmer 1 hour medium heat.
