SHRIMP SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
- Creamy shrimp with spaghetti —- looks appetizing!
- Spaghetti 8 oz
- Boiling water 2 1/2 qts
- Cooking oil (optional) 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Butter or margarine 1/4 cup
- Fresh sliced mushrooms 1 cup
- Chopped green onion 1/4 cup
- Frozen shrimp, thawed 1/2 lb
- All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper (white is best) 1/4 tsp
- Paprika 1/4 tsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Grated medium Cheddar cheese 1 cup White wine (or alcohol-free wine) 2tbsp
- Grated Parmesan cheese 3tbsp

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in boiling water, cooking oil and first amount of salt in uncovered Dutch oven until tender but firm, about 11 to 13 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in frying pan or large saucepan. Add mushrooms and onion. Saute until soft.
Add shrimp. Saute until a pinkish color, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle flour, second amount of salt, pepper and paprika over top. Mix in. Add milk. Stir until it boils and thickens.
Add Cheddar cheese and wine. Add drained pasta. Stir to mix. Turn out onto warm platter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
