Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 24 med. fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 can crab chunks
- 1 can crab
- 1 pk. Kraft 7 Cheese Blend
- 3 stalks green onion, sliced
- to taste seasoning salt
- to taste fresh ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Remove stems and dice fine. Put mushroom caps aside. Fry onion and mushroom stems in butter over medium heat until onion is transparent. Add cream cheese and still until melted. Add strained crab and season mixture to taste with salt and pepper. Add green onion and remove from heat. Use a teaspoon to fill mushroom caps so that they are slightly heaping. Arrange on lightly greased cookie sheet, packed firmly together. (If available, arrange on 4 individual escargot dishes.) Top generously with cheese blend and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not over-bake. Serve immediately.
