    TSP GARLIC POWDER

Directions

PUREE (COARSELY, LEAVING SOME LARGE PIECES) ALL BUT 1/2 LB SHRIMP IN FOOD PROCESSOR. CUT REMAINDER INTO 1/2" PIECES AND RESERVE. PUREE ONION. COMBINE PUREED SHRIMP AND CUT PIECES, PUREED ONION, CREAM CHEESE, MAYO, GARLIC POWDER AND PART OF THE SLICED CHIVES. MIX WELL. ADD SALT-VERY LITTLE. REFRIGERATE 2 HOURS, MIX AND ADD SALT AND GARLIC IF NEEDED. MOLD INTO DOME/BALL AND LIGHTLY SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED CHIVES. GARNISH WITH SPRINGS OF FRESH DILL.
