Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ore Ida Southern Hashbrowns
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups corn flakes

Step 1
Mix together ½ cup melted butter and potatoes. Add other ingredients, mixing well. Place in 9x13 baking dish, greased. Shake cornflakes and ¼ cup melted butter in a bag, then sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake.
