Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 C flour
• 1 C all-Bran cereal
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 T cocoa
• 1/4 C margarine, softened
• 1/2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 C sour milk
• 1 C mashed bananas

Preparation

Step 1

Measure dry ingredients together. Make a well.

Cream butter, sugar and one egg. Beat in second egg. Mix in sour milk and banana. Pour into well. Mix.

Bake 20 - 25 minutes in 400 oven.
