Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. hanger steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bottle (11.2 oz.) Guinness stout
- 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped rosemary
- 1 cup frozen peas
- crusty bread

Preparation
Step 1
In pot, brown meat and onion in oil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender, 15 minutes. Stir in peas.
Serve with bread.
