Horseradish Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tb vinegar
• 1 small bottle horseradish, drained
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

1) Mix all but whipped cream and let cool until jello is partially set. Fold in whipped cream. This is delicious with roast or BBQ beef.
