Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 small or 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 - 6 ripe bananas, sliced, sprinkled with a little lemon juice
  • 1 (12 oz) box vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, cold milk, pudding mix and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Line the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas over the cookies. Spread the pudding mixture over the bananas. Cover with the rest of the whipped topping. Crush up some cookies and sprinkle over the top. Chill.
