Noodle Napoli

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 lb sausage meat
• 1 med inion chopped
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 pk (8oz) noodles cooked
• 1lb can Italian tomatoes
• 1 gr pepper
• 11/2 tsp salt
• 1 c grated provolone cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground beef and sausage near, shape into lg patty brown 5 min on each sued. Break into chunks

Pour off all but 3 tbsp drippings, stir in onion and garlic add noodles

Stir in tomatoes green pepper, salt browned meat cover

Simmer stirring often, 10 min stir in cheese cover again cook 10 min longer till cheese melts
