Ingredients
- 2/3 C dark soy sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 T brown sugar, packed
- 1 T ketchup
- 1 lb top sirlain steak (1/4" thick

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl. Makes 1 cup marinade. Place steak in sealable plastic bag or shallow casserole. Pour marinade over steak. Seal bag. Marinate in fridge overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Preheat BBQ to high. Sear steak on greased grill for about 30 seconds per side. Close lid. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
