- 1 ripe banana (can peael and freeze in advance)
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup soaked dates (soak dates for at least 2-3 hours)
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao nibs (grind to powder)
- 1 cup filtered water (substitute coconut water or almond milk)

1) in a Blender, all all ingredients, process until smooth
**Add protein powder such as VEGA to make this a complete meal**
