Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 6 tablespoons of whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • splash of lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 –2 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel your cucumber with a potato peeler. (If you prefer to leave the skin on, you can. Just be sure to wash the cucumber thoroughly.) Use your mandolin slicer and cut the cucumber in fine slices. In a separate bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and whipping cream with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Cut your washed dill and chives with a knife or a herb scissor. Add to herbs the dressing and mix again. Pour dressing over cucumbers and mix either with your utensils or these salad hands.
