Ingredients

  • Redfish fillets
  • Cooking Spray
  • Minced Garlic
  • Black Pepper
  • Blackening seasoning OR Cajun seasoning (or both!)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon wedges
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray both sides of each fillet with cooking spray.
2. Season both sides of each fillet with minced garlic, pepper, blackening seasoning, and/or Cajun seasoning.
2. Pour some Worcestershire sauce; Rub with some olive oil and squeeze lemon on each fillet.
3. Top off each fillet with a couple of squares of butter (will provide extra moisture and flavor as it cooks).
4. Place your fillets on heated grill until fillets flake when prodded with fork (about 20 minutes). NOTE: No need to flip fish!
