Ingredients
- 1 head fresh cabbage, cored and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pound bacon
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

Step 1
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy enough to crumble. Remove bacon to paper towels and allow grease to cool slightly. Pour bacon grease out of pan leaving about 1 tsp. for cooking. Add butter to pan with remaining grease. To melted butter and grease, add all ingredients except bacon and vinegar. Cook until cabbage is tender, stirring frequently. A few minutes before cabbage is done cooking, add vinegar and crumbled bacon pieces. Continue to cook cabbage for 5-10 minutes.
