Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, 1" thick
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 scant tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • Small bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. flour.

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops in frying pan. salt and pepper to taste. Place in casserole and cover with the mixture of other ingredients. Bake 1 hour.
