Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pint heavy cream (or coffee creamer)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4-5 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces cottage cheese
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese
  • 3 - 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

-Cook Pasta and drain
-whisk together cream, butter and cream cheese, and salt, pepper and garlic, in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth and simmering
-in a saucepan stir together all ingredients then top with panko breadcrumbs or mashed Ritz crackers
- place in a 9x13 casserole dish and bake for 35-40 minutes
