Ingredients
- 1 pound whitefish ground
- 1/2 pound northern pike ground
- 1/2 pound trout ground
- 2 carrots ground
- 2 Spanish Onions ground
- 2 tablespoons matzo meal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Grind onions and carrots into the fish.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients into the fish mixture.
Grease fish molds and put fish mixture into molds.
Cover with foil.
Set it into a pan with water half way up the sides of the mold.
Cook at 350 for 2 hours. Unmold immediately and cover tightly with foil and place in tight plastic bags.
Cool in fridge.
serve with Horseradish.
