Ingredients
- 3/4 pound small round potatoes
- 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
- 1 Large Can olive oil-packed tuna
- 2 Cup Blanched green beans
- Two hard-cooked eggs
- Assortment of your favorite olives
- Lemon wedges as desired
- Extra-virgin olive oil to drizzle
- Flakey sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
Steam ¾ pound small round potatoes until tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
Immediately toss with 2 tablespoons dry vermouth.
Serve on a platter with drained olive oil-packed tuna, blanched green beans, hard-cooked eggs, olives, and lemon wedges. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle with flakey sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
