Garlic Aioli

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1 C. peanut oil



Step 1

Combine all ingredients into blender and and puree, slowly stream in oil so it will emulsify. Season to taste with more salt and white pepper if desired. Keep refrigerated, and this will last for 2 to 3 days
