Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. ketchup
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- just under 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- just over 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1/4 heaping tsp. ground ginger
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 bunch green onions
- 5 + cloves minced garlic
- 16 oz. cooked shrimp (tails removed)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper and ground ginger. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet heat oil on medium-high heat. Stir in green onions and garlic and cook 1 minute.
3. Stir in shrimp and stir so it is covered in the oil.
4. Stir in sauce; cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
5. Serve over rice.
